I come home today to find, after some three years, that I have cypress siding my house again! Opa!!!
For those that have been following along, I am big into construction and, basically, reframed an entire side of my house thanks to the idiot who built an A-frame with no gutter. Well, crap happens, interior projects happen and one must work from time to time. Thus, I farmed out the rest of the siding I had already done the half. Sorry, I just don't trust someone to follow in my wooden footsteps. Heh...
Man, was I wrong. Two guys show up and just cranked it out. Granted, I prepped all the wall, wood, demolition but still....freakin' KEWL! Still a ton to do but at least I have a side to my house again. LOL!!!
Might just hire them boyz again. Too tired (and dark) to give it the full once over but anyone who uses an Estwing straight claw hammer and sweeps for nails (over my garage) has a couple of plusses in my book! Edited at: Monday, October 05, 2009 6:08:26 PM
