Eahhhhwelll they really are NOT a "heavy metal" band jimmy,but really I can see "what" your saying.But thier "sound" is not so much metal to my ears,its "heavy rock". Lemmy has said it too about this very subject,Motorhead are rock and roll but again,I can definately understand what you are saying,because as I mentioned they do dip in and out of traditional heavy metal riffs and sounds,so I can see your point.
