Vail is correct, think is indeed the key word there, lol! I reckon Nostradamus would be better presented in maybe one or two shows at say Royal Albert Hall in London, just as a wee thing for those who want to see it - that way Priest can say they've played it live, but it won't be a full tour taking away from precious writing and recording time of a new Priest heavy metal monster album!
