OOOOHHH dude ....there would of been a "scene" something dramatic had I been there with some asshole saying some shit to my girlfriend like that,I agree with you Head Banger...had you been there that guy wouldn't be able to say anything to anybody for months as his fuckin mouth would be wired shut from a broken jaw!!!! I hear ya on this one Head Banger!!!!!!! He ought to be lucky your still not thinking about going down there to find that asshole!!!!!!

That said, your right if the examiner is in a bad mood, you are up shit creek. my wife taking her test the first time drew some prick. to preface, she has one hand. she was also scared stiff. so this bastard walks up to her, and first words out of his mouth were "Oh, I see your limited". needless to say this did her confidence no fucking good at all. after that test he had her listed as requiring hand controls and automatic trans (the first kinda bogus, the second good) and she hasnt driven since. Had I been there, asault charges might have been in the offing.

I also just wanted to state that in our country, if you get the instructor on a bad day, no matter how well prepared you are, they'll fail you if they feel like it. I know that when I went for my drivers the first time I drove perfectly. The women who was testing me was in a crap mood and I could pick it up imediatly. She failed me. The next time I went, I drove worse than the first time, for instance I know there was once or twice that I wasn't as observant as I should have been and I didn't really check a blind spot properly. But the instructor said he could see that I could handle driving and just to remember to be more aware and that was it. Passed. So I'm not sure what it is like all over the world but I experienced that first hand.

I also know that BS was a bundle of nerves the first few times but once she got comfortable she aced it. So once again, my heartfelt congratulations to you my friend.

Enjoy having the freedom of your car and for legally obtaining your drivers liscence. You worked really hard for it so give yourself a break and enjoy having your liscence!
