HAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I do appreciate your comments, spa. You needn't feel any apprehension as far as mentioning your thoughts or opinions regarding me, my "look" or music! It is part of being a "public" figure..such as I am. I can take criticism as well as praise. We're friends and I know you would never say anything that is purposefully hurtful anyway!
I do my own make-up. I believe it does help as far as how I appear under bright lighting. It also helps with the "image" I try to project..such as THAT is. It is very understated when compared to what many other performers use or have used. I try not to be too "over the top" but, then again, it IS "show business" and, as such, there is always the "show" part to be considered. I am big on image. Perhaps not as much as our friend JD, but I do understand the value it brings to the act.
At the end of the day, it is all about preference. I have a look that I feel suits me. Some may like it, others may not. It works for me. | | spapad wrote: | | DF I wrote something about your eyeliner and the fact that most musicians on stage wear, a bit of something to keep them from looking washed out and then I deleted it. Not once but twice. lol Just was not comfortable making comment on something you had not said yourself yet.
I really like that picture you just posted. Now, for real!, Do you do your eyeliner or does the princess have to help you out?? lol | | Deep Freeze wrote: | | HA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Well jj, it IS make-up but not eye shadow!! It's a bit of black eye liner!! I was wondering if anyone was going to notice!! HAHAHAHAHAHAAA!!!! Just a part of my "look". Not too much of it, of course, but it is there. Good eyes, man!! You got me! Here's another one!!!
