I am half way there, I bought a new house, which is much older than this crapy 4 year old house, and therefore much quieter in the wind (they were better built then I guess). fixing it up, just need to sell this one. I visited Florida in January once for nine days. Sunny, 70's perfect weather. I was absolutely depresed to come home to 20 degrees and snow. Bleah!
