Yeah the whole albums ok, just not up to par with most of it's predecessors. I like Out In The Cold too.

I think Reckless is a great track off Turbo, I also enjoy Out in the Cold and Locked In is alright too.

Everyone seems to like the song Hot Rockin' but I think it's a fucking stupid, shitty song and probably the second worst on the album after You Say Yes. Still though based on the strength of those three songs I would have to say it's a classic as they are that good. If I was compiling a 20 song Priest setlist Desert Plains, HOTTH and Solar Angels would be on it. Not sure if any of their other albums would get three songs in a dream setlist. There's not one song on Nostradamus that would make that setlist.
So in summation both are classics.
