I know all about roaches. The City of Richmond, VA is full of them in the old parts. No matter how much my roomie and I bombed the place with chemicals they still came. I you could have seen the garbage cans for our apartment you would puke. The roaches were so prevalent, that our way of throwning out the trash was to have one of us go down to the trash cans with a broom, open it, and then stand back while the other threw the trash from the second floor into the bin. The bin was completely covered in roaches and you really didn't want to touch them. Gross, gives me chills to this day to think about how many were around.

Just in case I bought an old fashioned heavy broom so I don't have to worry about swinging it full force if I happen to stumble upon it on it's little trips to the kitchen, which it may as well give up on since I don't have a scrape for it to eat! Bastard Rat! I can't wait til he's dead so I can disinfect the entire house!
