Well, I for one am down on my hands and knees THANKING the greatest band of all time for working on new material!!! They heard what we had to say and are going to give us at least one more album. I am very optimistic that they will give us exactly what we have been craving - BRITISH HEAVY METAL! They will not go down without a fight! That's what made the news of the farewell tour without news of a final album so difficult for me to take - it just seemed so unlike Priest to go out quietly. Well, now we know that they are working hard on giving all their fans what they want and I refuse to give in to any negative thoughts about the new album.
I'm glad to hear that an album may be in the works but I'm not letting myself get excited. I've been excited since Rob came back and have had
nothing but disappointment. A couple of kick ass concerts but nothing musically. A.O.R. has "good" music on it but not my idea of "Judas Priest
style heavy metal". I hate Nostradamus so bad it literally puts a pit in my stomach trying to listen to it. I've never made it all the way through on a
single listen. I was pissed that they announced a new tour without a new album so I definitely want to hear something from them, there's just no
excitement or anticipation for it. If we get it, I'll buy it, then after I listen to it I'll decide if I'm excited or not. Probably a poor attitude but I don't give
a f*ck.
