I was a bartender for years, I'd be glad to give you the "Perfect" Margaritta! I'll take bar duty if Bev don't want it! lol [Show/Hide Quoted Message] (Quoting Message by HOT ROCKIN' METAL GODDESS from Wednesday, May 11, 2011 7:42:57 PM) | | HOT ROCKIN' METAL GODDESS wrote: | | And I bow to you as well, my headbangin partner! We'll be ready and waiting!
I hope you are getting those margarita making skills primed and ready! I want to see some bottle flipping too.... well, at least before we drink the first one, LOL!

It's one of a few reasons we'll be waiting at the online ticket window when it opens for US tour dates | | HOT ROCKIN' METAL GODDESS wrote: | | I agree with Spa, no reason for you to eat crow. I am also concerned about what Priest will sound like, not only on tour but also on the new album. Hoping for the best, but......
I agree with you Bev, the dueling guitars of Glenn and KK are what made Priest who they are today!

Seems to happen about every tour, here come the trolls! lol
They will be gone before you know it, and the rest of us will still be here. I'd call that status quo around here, wouldn't you?

Servin up some crow to meself, maybe ; ) | | spapad wrote: | | I am deliberatly not listening to Richie before the show. I want to hear it right then and there. His former performance may be good, great, or whatever, but I will hold my opinion until I actually see the band. I just feel better off doing that. lol

JD, I was soooo chill when I made that post fiddy cents owed me change! lol
As for the whole KK being gone and Richie Faulkner playing dual to Glenn. I simply don't see dual there. I'm disappointed a different selection wasn't made. To me, his style is so close to Glenn's there leaves no interest. But that's my personal interpretation of what a JP twin axe attack should play like. Don't know how better else to describe it.
When I heard Rob left, I bought Jugulator "to support the band". Wasn't 'til I watched Ripper do covers of old material that his style grew on me. When Rob & the band reunited the synergy was there. The JP magic was in the air! No matter the strife backstage, in each personal camp.
You're right. Our support of this tour is important. Fans should be able to come here and express their opinions without feeling their active status will be affected if the core group allienates them because they ("true fans", new / old) express their opinions differently.
The trolls ALWAYS rat themselves out. For some reason they continue to get attention?! |
