Thank you spa (and Beck!). You know something?..I am fifty freakin years old and I honestly believe this Rock Band stuff has added a few years to my life! Look at the pics from when Guido and I were in Detroit! I was at least 30 lbs heavier! All this jumping around and practicing has really done something for me physically. I mean, I will not be getting any calls from Chippendale's anytime soon BUT....So much has changed for me in the last year! Well, we just returned from our annual trek to the condo in San Diego! Actually figured out how to really relax. Kicked back on the beach, read the new book by Steven Tyler (Aerosmith) and generally found that I can "unwind"!! HAAA! Here's a pic of the Princess and me on the beach!!!....
