I had a stupid fuck report me to HR because he was too stupid to be trained but decided to blame it on me and say that all I do is yell at him. He also told HR that I swear. Fortunately, the HR person swears as well and basically asked if I was swearing AT HIM and he had to say no. So during my interview with HR, I told them when I swear and what I say and my Union Rep said that he had better not come into her area because they swear all the time and he obviously has thin skin. HAAHAHA! I just love it when these fucking babies try to get us in trouble and end up in trouble themselves I just wish this asshole would have been fired! Glad you got rid of at least 2 of your headaches!! That sends a statement and hopefully the rest of the idiots fall in line.

This got me a private conversation with my boss, who surprisingly was laughing almost uncontrollably about the situation, then went out and fired the two worst offenders to our production!
He did ask me nicely to tone it down some, I responded with a "well shit, I guess" Now if my production numbers were not as good as they are, I wouldn`t be able to enjoy this kind of freedom, but atleast I know this!
