Hellow gang,well I see that finally Jayne has the band in a reasonable direction since the "December 7th news" with (and I know it just killed her) the band writting new material and now finally they are going to possibly do a track from each album and the first thing that comes to mind is Rocka Rolla,please play one song off this album! 

Yes I had to remove myself from here because I couldn't refrain from lashing out every day at the band as the "big news" was very low moral ridden but yes I think Jayne got an ear full from thousands of fans world wide and couldn't take the pressure anymore?  Blah,who cares at this point  as its water under the bridge because at least Judas Priest are writting new stuff and now are making a tour "exciting" by mixing up the set list,what a good move and I've always given credit where credit is due so today Judas Priest deserves the credit!

I don't know if "super happy" is correct but I'm at least excited. Just ordered ticket and hotel package for
Rock on the Range 2011. It's the biggest rock festival in the midwest. Even though it's not all metal it still
has some kick ass bands. A Perfect Circle, Disturbed, Korn, Avenged Sevenfold, Stonesour, Bullet For My Valentine,
Black Label Society, Danzig, and more than 30 others over two days. I can't wait.

It was a blast.  got started about an hour late as the drive up to camp was in a blizard so had to reschedule some stuff.  couldnt do the campfire outside so I had to ditch the pyro for the "concert" but still awesome

Excellent! I thought that there was something strange about their announcement...just how badly did we misinterpret their message!? ANd even then it took a couple of days to understand that Priest will still keep on going after 2012! It all makes sense now: the guys are already well in their sixties, so they might not have the stamina to tour around excessively anymore, but they've still got the urge to produce some excellent Priest-style heavy metal! While it's a little sad that I might not see them playing in Finland anymore after this year, at least they won't quit permanently yet!

A new album with which we can push our stereo systems to the limit (and beoynd!) in 2012 or 2013! You heard it here first!

Judas Priest New World Tour

As you may already be aware Priest have announced a fair well world tour beginning this summer, for details and dates please visit judaspriest.com.

We are all excited about the tour and are currently having meetings to discuss the stage production, but above all the set list. We intend to include some classic priest songs that we haven`t played before and of course the old favourites that every body will want to hear. Stay tuned for further updates.

To put every ones mind at rest this is by no means the end of the band, in fact we are presently writing new material, but we do intend this to be the last major world tour.

Say if a concert ticket costs $100 bucks or I can go out drinking that costs the same I just figure what will be the better memory. The show always wins so I take a week off the beers and go to the show. By the time the show rolls around I spend that weeks beer money at the show.

Well, strategic placement of the of the guitar pick/cases at the bottom holds the sticks upright. I haven't done anything with my Priest bounty yet because I'm stuck on what to do with Scott's two sticks.... I was thinking of hanging them from chains or something.

I keep wanting to move the picture discs so that they are evenly spaced, but at least they are UP and I can look at them.

Ok, now I am inspired. My resolution for the year: try to put some of my collection up on my wall too.

We'll see how I do in 350 days or so. Looking at what you did, I'd be stuck on the drumsticks. How'd you get those suckers to stay upright in the box? Man, I see I have my work cut out for me. I think I'll start with putting a nail in the wall and contemplate its positioning for a month or two.

I am still amazed that Priest ever played and even recorded Screaming for Memphis. Seems that most metal bands avoid the deep US south like the plague.
