I actually almost drove to VA to see a Priest show. I cuaght mono and I was to sick to go. The tickets were free though, I got them with Nostradamus.

Well, English did invent the language as a whole... But in any case... I use "football" because thats how I was taught when I was learning English. And it seems that everyone who learns English as a foreign language is taught the same. Which explains why we (combined with the Brits) get pissed when you call our holy ceremony a nerdy name like soccer.
As for the pitch vs. field and elevator vs. lift... I dont know. Frankly, I thought that in both cases, both words apply in American English, and English English.

Grrr I was just looking on converse.com to see if they ship overseas (I didn't think they did originally) so that I know for when the AC/DC chucks are released. They do ship overseas and have a list of countries they ship to. Guess who's country is NOT on that list!

I payed 525.00 a month, for me plus 1, .. And I used to work for 9 doctors..
People put down Canada for our medical system.. but I have not had a problem yet,, In fact they are more curious here to investigate whats causing your problem, rather just write you a perscription for an expensive drug that the doctor is 9 times out of 10 getting a kick back payment from the pharm, companies for writing.. I have seen the check in the mail myself... And The insurance companies reward Doctors for NOT running Tests.. because it costs them to much money,,,, Its a vicious cycle .. And its our health that is at risk, and they dont seem to care,, anything to make a buck.

Holy crap Spa! That's an enormous amount to pay! I pay about $30 a month for health insurance - it's not quite as full a cover as I'd like, but I'l going to switch companies soon to one that gives me full cover i.e. will cover any operation to it's full cost etc. And it will be about the same price per month. Wow, I'm pretty flabbergasted by how much you have to pay. It's obscene.

If your poor in America, JT you may have all the health care services you wish, but if your middle class and have bad insurance or no insurance at your job your left to pay hefty amounts for insurance out of pocket. My company has good insurance and they pay a hefty amount of my insurance but even with that, I'm paying 220.00 per month out of my money.

Dude that's fucking horrible, i was gonna come in here and say that Terminator Salvation is shit but man i can't even begin to think what he must be going through, the baby will be fine though i think, my mate was in a similar situation and his baby was only 1lb and he is pulling through fine. Still i know what you mean about the NHS but thank fuck we don't live in America where you'd have to pay for any health care.

Well what I find him wrong about saying that is he then turns around and slanders gay men. Sexuality wasn't made to be exploited or ridiculed. Gays and lesbians aren't that way so that we can make an evaluation or judgement whether it's good or bad. They're that way because that's who they are, and making a rating or demotion of it in my opinion is just wrong. Everybody is capable of loving another person, who's to say that one's way of loving is better than another's based on sexuality? People who typically go "Oh yeah I think it's so wrong when 2 guys do stuff together, but 2 girls is hot" are just about the worst kinda narrowminded people with a self-important mentality that something is alright only if they like it.
