Man you are 100% exactly right about Nostradamus. Its an opera album with just a little bit of metal thrown in. I only like about 3 or 4 songs on that cd. It eems llike there are a 100 songs on that thing and it goes on and on and on with just a few good metal moments here and there. I just don't care for the orchestra stuff. If they go out and do Nostradamus with an orchestra like Metallica did it would be pretty sad.

Nostradamus leaves you with the sensation that you did not just hear a heavy metal album.There is far not enough heavy metal in Nostradamus,not near enough.

- Glenn Tipton himself will tell you Priest's music and his guitar playing is heavily influenced by classical playing. That doesn't mean Just Nostradamus. That means his guitar playing, and Priest's music, NOT album.
-It's a well know FACT that Metal is indeed heavily influenced in classical music. Like I said, look up Iron Maiden's music. There is nothing sad about it, your just extremely closed minded and can't understand that "Metal" ISN'T just one sound and feeling.
-Metal draws it's roots from deep in the blues, rock n roll, and classical music.
