My sugesstion would be to get a registry cleaner program. I really think you have WAY too many processes running in the start up menu.
Of course I wont suggest one, because someone smarter than me probably knows how to pick that bit of software up free, where as I paid for mine.
Also check for Malware. I got a really good malware program free. [Show/Hide Quoted Message] (Quoting Message by Vaillant 3.0 from Friday, August 07, 2009 7:58:14 PM) |

METALMANJP, and MR. DAVE GENOCIDE,
I don't know either of you, but I know the pain of losing someone. I'm so very sorry for your loses.
There's really nothing anyone can say that can ease your pain right now, while it's so fresh. Just know
that there are others out here, like myself, who understand.
I lost my fiance a year ago June 9th. It was unexpected and a huge shock. The grief has been overwhelming at times.
Take this opportunity to cling to those you love who remain, and anything that honors your friends is a good thing that will
help you to still feel connected to them. Be there the best way you can for their families. And if you believe in an after life, or that
the spirit/energy/soul of a person lives on - know that they are always around you. Don't be afraid to talk to them and about them
to others.
I wish you both the strength and the depth of heart that you'll need to get through this time in your lives.
If you'd like to talk to someone who relates, you can PM me and I will respond.
Most sincerly, Caron. [Show/Hide Quoted Message] (Quoting Message by METALMANJP from Friday, July 31, 2009 10:08:03 AM) | | METALMANJP wrote: | | My good friends funeral was today. I hear you... Ive been at home for 2 months now... And Im really glad I will be going to college in autumn. If I wasnt, I would have to look for a regular job, and I have better chances of winning the lotto. And in any case, I will need a part time job soon, when I run out of money.

It does suck that most people take certain things for granted. There are so many others out there who would kill to even HAVE a job in this economy. Your friend probably won't realize how lucky she has it until she quits that job. Unless she changes her mood, she'll figure out the truth the hard way.

Positive thought, my friend!! As a Man Thinketh, so shall he be... As I said, the finality of death awaits all of us. There are no exceptions. Ditto ! I just had my 40th bday party last Saturday. My 48 year old buddy died on Monday of a heart attack ! I'm just glad I had one last good time with him. He leaves a wife and son behind, so sad.
