Weeeeeeellll... I could reccomend loads. But to start it off, I guess Gamma rays "Send me a sign" would be a perfect recommendation. Then, something like "Power of the Dragonflame" from Rhapsody... Or indeed, any song from Rhapsody. I havent heard a bad song from them yet. Their guitarist Luca Turilli has some good solo stuff to. Check out "Ancient forest of elves".
Blind Guardian, specialy if you like good vocals (they dont get much better than that). "Mirror, Mirror", then "the Bards song" (acoustic, but still great).
