Ahhh I missed the Megadeth and Slayer gig - would have been going to see Megadeth more than Slayer, but it would have cost me several hundred dollars for flights, accommodation, a tickets etc.

Interestingly both bands are also bringing out christmas albums. Megadeths is called Mega Christmas and a Happy New Year and contains rocking versions of Away In A Manger and Good King Wenceslas. Slayers album is called ... On A One Horse Open Slayer and contains a blistering version of Jingle Bells and an insane take on The Little Drummer Boy on which Lombardo dominates proceedings with a drum solo.
